California campaign-finance records, connected for research
PubSys CalAccess is an independent public research application operated by Britto, Inc. and built by founder Todd Fulton. It uses campaign-finance disclosures made available by the California Secretary of State. It is not an official state service and is not affiliated with the State of California.
What the interface does
It connects reported transactions with candidates, committees, donors, filings, and ballot-measure committee relationships so researchers can follow public records across views.
What it does not establish
It does not establish legal compliance, prove that source records are complete, or replace the official filing record. Coverage varies by record type, reporting period, and available entity context.
Access
Free public access
PubSys CalAccess is free to use. It has no paid plans, subscriptions, trials, or paywalled tiers, and it will not introduce them. CSV export and a public developer API are not available. This policy does not guarantee continued service availability or any particular feature set.
Operation and corrections
Report a possible record error
Britto, Inc. operates this application. Send correction reports to info@britto.io with the PubSys URL, the official source URL, and the relevant filer, filing, candidate, committee, or measure identifier. No response time is represented.
